Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Except as provided therein, products are non-returnable.

We do not guarantee results from the use of our reagents or kits; users assume all risks associated with laboratory protocols.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoppeSyler Scientific and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to HoppeSyler Scientific in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold HoppeSyler Scientific harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the provincial courts of Ontario. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

HoppeSyler Scientific reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates on our website and revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
