HoppeSyler dNTP Mix (10 mM each) is a ready-to-use aqueous solution of dATP, dTTP, dCTP and dGTP at a concentration of 10 mM. The individual bases are at a stock concentration of 100 mM, and then are mixed in RNase/DNase/Protease free water to achieve indicated concentrations. The purity of these bases is > 99 %, as verified by HPLC.
