      CSR TE Buffer (Tris–EDTA) is formulated with 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 1 mM EDTA to provide a stable environment for nucleic acid storage and handling. The Tris component maintains a constant pH, while EDTA chelates divalent metal ions such as Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, protecting DNA and RNA from enzymatic degradation.
