    Description

    CSR dNTP Mix (10 mM ea) is a ready-to-use aqueous solution of dATP, dTTP, dCTP and dGTP at a concentration of 10 mM. The individual bases are at a stock concentration of 100 mM, and then are mixed in RNase/DNase/Protease free water to achieve indicated concentrations. The purity of these bases is > 99 %, as verified by HPLC. Ā 

    Storage conditions

    Ā All components are to be stored at -20 C. These components can be thawed at 4 C prior to use.Ā
